In Family Relationship Goals, you’ll define your goals for family dynamics and work on releasing thoughts that might be holding you back.
Finally, Positive Interaction Practice encourages you to engage in a meaningful interaction with a family member, using affirming thoughts to promote understanding and strengthen the relationship. By the end of the day, you’ll gain new tools to foster healthier, supportive family connections.
