In this module, we’ll begin your transformative journey by focusing on your physical health. The first exercise, Body Awareness Check-In, encourages you to connect with your body, recognize areas of tension or discomfort, and become aware of the thoughts that may be affecting your physical well-being. Through self-reflection, you’ll identify any negative or fear-based thoughts that arise and take the first steps toward understanding their impact on your health.
This foundational exercise will help you build awareness of the mind-body connection and prepare you to approach your physical health with greater clarity and mindfulness.
